Privacy Policy
How Adinovus handles information when you use Anew.
Information Anew handles
Account data includes your email address, display name, authentication records, plan state, and settings.
Habit data includes identities, habit names, schedules, check-ins, Tiny and Skip outcomes, notes, reminders, Journey events, and life modes. Circle data includes memberships, visibility choices, invites, boosts, mutes, blocks, and reports.
A selected profile photo stays in this app’s private storage on the device. Anew does not upload it as part of the current profile service.
Why it is used
Anew uses account and habit data to authenticate you, synchronize your plan, calculate progress, deliver reminders, operate widgets, provide Circle features you choose, prevent abuse, and respond to privacy requests.
Anew does not sell personal data, run an advertising profile, or publish a public habit feed or leaderboard.
Storage and sharing
Server data is stored with Supabase services and protected by account-scoped authorization policies. Operating-system services process local notifications, secure credentials, and app storage. Apple or Google may process store and device telemetry under their own terms.
Habit details are private by default. Anew shares a habit with a Circle supporter only after you enable that habit for the Circle. Joining someone else’s Circle does not share your habits back.
Weekly Coach and purchases
Anew sends selected habit names, Full and Tiny actions, recorded outcomes, selected skip reasons and any written skip explanations, recent plan context, earlier decisions, and proposed changes to Z.ai to write the review. Private habit notes and check-in notes are never included. Accepted changes and follow-ups are available under Your changes in Coach.
RevenueCat and your app store process subscription purchases and restorations. Anew uses your account identifier and verified subscription state to determine Coach access. Store payment details are handled by the store.
Saved Coach reviews, evidence, accepted changes, and follow-ups are included in your account export. Deleting a habit removes its Coach content and any mixed review that includes it. Model attempt records are normally retained for 90 days; unresolved cost records are kept for reconciliation. Anew does not store model reasoning.
Retention and control
Anew keeps account data while your account is active and keeps security and request records only as needed to operate and protect the service. An in-app deletion request starts a seven-day cancellation window; processing then removes the authentication account and associated user rows. Infrastructure backups age out under the hosting provider’s backup schedule and are not returned to active use except for disaster recovery.
Profile → Export data creates a copy of your server record. Profile → Account action lets you schedule or cancel deletion. You may also ask to access, correct, or delete information by contacting support from the email on the account.
Safety and contact
Do not put secrets, financial credentials, or another person’s sensitive information in habit names or notes. Anew is not intended for children under 13.
