Terms of Use
The rules and product boundaries for using Anew.
Using Anew
You must provide accurate account information, keep your sign-in credentials private, and use Anew only where it is lawful. You are responsible for activity performed through your account until you notify us of unauthorized access.
Anew is a habit-planning and reflection tool. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, emergency support, or a substitute for a qualified professional.
Your content
You keep ownership of habit text, notes, and other content you enter. You give Adinovus the limited permission needed to store, process, synchronize, and display that content for you and for Circle participants you explicitly choose.
Do not use Circle features to harass, threaten, impersonate, spam, or share unlawful content. Anew may restrict abusive accounts to protect users and the service.
Service and plans
Anew may change features to improve reliability, safety, or compatibility. Online features can be interrupted by networks, maintenance, or third-party services; Anew does not promise uninterrupted availability.
Any paid plan, price, renewal, trial, refund, or cancellation term shown by an app store at purchase controls that transaction. A plan label alone does not create a charge.
Ending use
You can sign out and clear local personal state at any time. Account deletion has a seven-day cancellation window and then permanently removes the account data covered by the Privacy Policy.
Adinovus may suspend access when reasonably necessary for security, abuse prevention, legal compliance, or a material breach of these terms.
Liability and contact
To the extent allowed by law, Anew is provided without warranties beyond rights that cannot legally be excluded. Adinovus is not responsible for indirect losses or decisions made from habit summaries. Nothing here limits mandatory consumer rights.
