About this agreement

These Terms govern your use of Anew, provided by Adinovus Technologies Pvt Ltd., 2-10, Mudinepalli, Andhra Pradesh, India (Adinovus). By creating an account or using Anew, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. The Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.

You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter this agreement to use Anew. Anew is not offered to children.

Your account

Use accurate account information and protect access to the Apple or Google account you use to sign in. Do not share access to Anew or use another person’s account without permission. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

An internet connection is needed to save changes and use online features. Follow any error or retry message in the app; a change that fails to save is not a confirmed record.

Anew’s purpose

Anew helps you plan habits, record activity, and reflect on progress. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or emergency support. It does not guarantee a particular health, fitness, productivity, or other personal outcome.

Choose habits appropriate to your circumstances and seek qualified advice when needed. Reminders and widgets depend on device settings and connectivity and may be delayed or unavailable. Do not rely on Anew for emergencies or safety-critical reminders.

Your content and Circle

You retain ownership of the content you add. You grant Adinovus limited permission to store, process, and display it to provide Anew, including to people you choose through Circle. This permission does not allow us to sell your content or use it to advertise unrelated products.

Only add content you have the right to use. You are responsible for your sharing choices. Respect other people’s privacy, including information you see in Circle, and do not copy or disclose it without their permission.

When you delete content or your account, our permission ends except for limited retention described in the Privacy Policy or required by law. Copies already saved by other people are outside Anew’s control.

Acceptable use

Do not use Anew to harass, threaten, impersonate, spam, exploit others, or share unlawful content. Do not attempt to access another person’s information, bypass security or purchase restrictions, disrupt the service, or use automated access to misuse it.

You may report inappropriate Circle behavior. We may investigate reports and restrict or remove content or accounts when reasonably needed to address abuse, security risks, legal requirements, or a material breach of these Terms.

Anew Plus and purchases

Where Anew Plus is offered, the purchase screen and store confirmation show the available benefits, price, billing period, and applicable trial or promotional terms before you pay. Availability may differ by platform or region. Future features are not included unless expressly stated in the offer.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel through the store where you purchased them before its renewal deadline. The store handles charges, taxes, billing changes, and payment methods under its terms. We will not start a paid subscription without a purchase you authorize.

Manage or cancel your subscription in the purchasing store’s subscription settings. Cancellation normally stops the next renewal; access continues for the period already paid for unless a refund, revocation, or store rule changes it. Deleting the app, signing out, or deleting your Anew account does not cancel the subscription or automatically issue a refund.

Refund requests follow the purchasing store’s process and applicable law. Nothing in these Terms removes a refund or cancellation right you have under consumer law. To restore an eligible purchase, use the same store account and Anew account used for that purchase, and contact support if access cannot be restored.

Our app and service

Adinovus and its licensors retain rights to Anew’s software, branding, and original materials. We give you permission to use the app for its intended purpose under these Terms and the applicable app-store terms. This does not transfer ownership of the app to you or limit rights that the law gives you.

We may update Anew for reliability, security, compatibility, or product improvements. We cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free service. For a material reduction to a paid service, we will provide notice and any remedy required by applicable law or store rules.

Leaving Anew or losing access

You can stop using Anew at any time. To permanently delete your account, open Profile → Manage account → Delete account and confirm. Successful deletion is immediate and cannot be undone. Export any habit history you want to keep first, and cancel any store subscription separately.

We may suspend or end access for a material breach, unlawful activity, or a serious security risk. Where appropriate, we will explain the reason and provide a chance to resolve the issue; urgent safety or legal requirements may prevent advance notice. Contact support if you believe a restriction is mistaken.

Responsibility and your legal rights

We will provide Anew with reasonable care and skill. To the extent permitted by law, we do not make additional guarantees about its availability or suitability for a particular purpose. You remain responsible for decisions you make using your habit records.

To the extent permitted by law, Adinovus is not liable for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable or for business losses arising from personal use of Anew. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, deliberate misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability or consumer right that cannot lawfully be limited.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, subject to mandatory consumer protections in your country. These Terms do not require you to give up a right to bring a claim before a court or authority available to you under applicable law.

Changes and contact

We will update the date above when these Terms change and give notice of material changes before they take effect where required. Changes do not remove rights relating to an existing purchase. If you do not agree to an update, you may stop using Anew, export your habit history, and delete your account.
